Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

The application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased Kondiba Thaka Devkate as Applicants 1-A to 1-C on record. The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 655 days in filing the application.

For the reasons stated int he application, the delay caused in filing the application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased on record is hereby condoned. The applicants are permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased as Applicant Nos. 1-A to 1-C on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within 14 days.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
