It is submitted by the learned A.G.P. that the vehicle of the petitioner has been released. The affidavit further states that the Talathi in the month of July-2020 took action against the vehicle, that action was never informed to the Tahsildar. After enquiry, it reveals that the Talathi has not approached the Tahsildar and thereafter action has been taken against the Talathi and the proposal to suspend the Talathi has already been forwarded.

The respondents may proceed ahead as contended in the affidavit against the erring persons.

In light of the above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
