It is pertinent to note that this Court, by order dated 13th June 2025, permitted the applicant/petitioner to convert the writ petition into a criminal revision application. In view of this, the office was directed to allow the applicant to convert the writ petition into a Criminal Revision Application.

Accordingly, the applicant has filed an application to condone the delay of 311 days in filing the criminal revision application, to which the learned advocate for the respondent has given no objection. 3.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection by the learned advocates for the respondent, the application is allowed. It is to be registered accordingly.
