Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, who is the original respondent No.1 i.e. driver of the offending vehicle. None remained present on behalf of the respondents despite service.

The applicant is claiming for condonation of delay of 95 days caused in challenging the award dated 08/01/2019 passed in MACP No. 113 of 2016. Since there is no oppose to the application, the application for the reasons stated therein, stands allowed and the delay of 95 days is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the civil application No. 9219 of 2019 stands disposed of. 3.
It appears that Civil Application No. 9218 of 2019 is also fled by the applicant - driver for permission to sue as pauper. Though
2 943 CA 9219-19 the respondents appeared to be served, but none represented them. Hence, issue notice of fnal disposal to them in the said application. Stand over to 26/08/2022.
