The petitioner approaches this Court impugning order dated 21.03.2024 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagarrespondent no.2 in File No.2023/Grampanchayat/Appeal-2/Pra. Kra. 08. The petitioner has also approached to the State Government against the same order. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions makes a statement that Appeal filed by the petitioner would be dealt with and decided at the earliest and in any case within a period of one (01) month. 3.
