Present petition has been filed for following reliefs :- "A) By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order in the nature of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent No. 1 to 6 to conduct a detailed and time-bound enquiry into the procurement irregularities, illegalities mentioned in the Petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025. B) By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent to take disciplinary and criminal action against officers and private contractors found involved in manipulation, forgery, or financial misappropriation.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner for a while, when we asked the learned Advocate for the petitioner to take instructions regarding deposit of amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to show bona fides of the petitioner, he took time and, thereafter, after getting instructions, he seeks withdrawal of the petition. 3.
