Heard learned Counsel for the parties, perused pleadings in the petition, annexures thereto. Upon perusal of the documents placed on record, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by respondent No.4 on 5th November, 2014. However, it is contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that, petitioner's salary for the period from 1.4.2014 to 5.11.2014 is not paid by respondents in spite of rendering services. As already observed, we are not inclined to entertain the petition to the extent of challenge to the order dated 5th November, 2014. Hence, said prayer stands rejected. So far as the grievance about non payment of salary

8389.15wp for the period from 1.4.2014 to 5.11.2014 is concerned, we direct the respondents No.2 to 5 to verify the record maintained by them and if the petitioner is found entitled for salary for the aforesaid period, such amount of salary shall be disbursed to the petitioner. The entire exercise to be done by the respondents 2 to 5, as expeditiously as possible; however, within eight weeks from today.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion about the claim or entitlement of the petitioner for the salary for aforementioned period and respondents 2 to 5 are at liberty to verify the record and take a decision. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
