The learned counsel submits that subsequent to issue of show cause notice and after filing the Writ Petition the orders have been passed with regard to the vehicle imposing penalty and the vehicles are also seized.

Learned AGP appears for all respondents and submits that petitioners have remedy of appeal. The learned AGP relied on judgment of Division Bench of this court in Writ Petition No.3616 of 2018.
