Perused the record and proceeding. The present CA is filed by the applicant for service of notice to the respondent nos.7 and 22 by paper publication in daily newspaper namely Dainik Sarvamat at Shrirampur District Ahmednagar. There is no contest to this application. The matter is pending since 2013. Taking into consideration the stand of the appellant/applicant and to serve the respondent nos.7 and 22, I am inclined to pass following order.

The Civil Application is hereby allowed. The notices be issued to the respondent nos.7 and 22 by paper publication in the daily newspaper namely Dainik Sarvamat at Shrirampur District Ahmednagar on depositing necessary charges with the Editor of said newspaper.
