The learned counsel submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since year 2015. The petitioner is in final year of Engineering course.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even the vigilance is also conducted and considering the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

1.

The Respondent No. 2 shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of (03) three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the committee. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 27.08.2018 and file his say to the vigilance report immediately. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 6.
