Affidavit-in-reply filed by learned AGP along with order dated 25.07.2024 passed by the Tahsildar is taken on record. 2.

Perusal of the order indicates that the grievance of the Petitioner has been ventilated by conversion of his land from Class II to Class I and accordingly entry has been taken in the revenue record.
