1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in service of the respondents and in terms of the order passed by the Industrial Court, Aurangabad, the petitioner made representation before the respondent - the Divisional Traffic Superintendent [Default] and the said authority may dismiss the petitioner from service before taking decision on the said representation.

2] The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent would take decision on the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner within a period of one week from today and he will not take any

8300.24WP action against the petitioner before taking decision on the representation.

3] Statement of the respondents is accepted.

4] If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondents on the representation, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said decision, in accordance with law.

5] With the above observation, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
