Criminal Application No. 4279 of 2015 is by accused Nos. 1 and 4 and Criminal Application No. 4176 of 2015 is by accused Nos. 2 and 3 in Crime No. I-58 of 2015 registered at Supa Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397, 411, 342, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code for grant of regular bail. Accused No. 5 is absconding. 2.

It is the case of prosecution that on 09/04/2015 the applicants committed robbery of cash and movable goods. 3.

During the investigation, after arrest of the accused, the vehicle Indica used in the commission of crime and material that was robbed was already recovered.

The investigation is complete but for absconding accused No. 5.

It will be appropriate, in my opinion, to release the applicants on bail. I propose to pass following order. The applicants in both the criminal applications be

-3released on bail, on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) by each of the applicant, with one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. I-58 of 2015 registered at Supa Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397, 411, 342, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The accused shall stay away from the jurisdiction of the Police Station, Supa, District Ahmednagar.
