We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

We cannot encourage the petitions of the present nature. The petitioner filed proposal for verification of her caste claim with the Respondent - Scrutiny Committee only on 13-08-2021 and has approached this Court seeking directions against the Committee to decide it immediately on the ground that she is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course. 3.

It is the case of total leathery on the part of the petitioner in Gajanan

forwarding the proposal for verification of the caste claim with the Committee so late.

In that view of the matter, we cannot issue positive directions. 5.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee may, if it is possible for it, endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
