After a brief hearing in this writ petition, the petitioner's advocate states that, the petitioner is not pressing for the reliefs prayed in the same, as he has been informed that there are plots available within this M.I.D.C. for allotment to interested parties.

Since this statement is made by the petitioner on instructions, it would not be possible for M.I.D.C's advocate to obtain any clarification. Be that is it may. If there are any plots available for allotment and advertised or
