The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, petitioner got the knowledge of the cancellation of the IEM. The same is sought to be introduced by the amendment. 2.

The applicants have opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. The petition is at nascent stage and same is not yet admitted.
