Though the claimants have opposed for condoning delay stating that delay of the period of more than one and half year is not properly explained, after having perused the contents of the applications, I am convinced that the reasons those are assigned for occurrence of delay cannot be outrightly rejected. Moreover, the delay does not appear to be intentional. In the circumstances, I am inclined to allow the applications. Hence the following order :

ORDER

Applications are allowed.

Delay caused in filing the first appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil applications stand disposed of.
