Mr.Sharma, learned counsel for the Respondents raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal as per Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and appeal) Rules, 1964.

In light of that, though Mr.Brahme, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

All contentions of the respective parties kept open. 6.
The authority where the proceedings would be filed, shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the the present Writ Petition. 7.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
