In view of availability of alternate remedy for redressal of grievances by the petitioners in the instant writ petition, the same need not be entertained in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If petitioners tender an appeal to the Tribunal within a period of fifteen (15) days from today, the Tribunal shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with provisions of law. Respondent No. 3 - Institution do not have any specific objection for condoning delay. It would be open for the petitioners to tender formal application seeking condonation of delay, which shall be considered by the Tribunal favourably.
