Present petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 09.07.2025 and comply with the letter dated 25.01.2025 issued by respondent No.4. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, after taking instructions from respondent No.2, submits that the process for gathering the necessary information has been started and within six weeks from today he would take the final decision.

In view of the said statement, which is now taken as undertaking, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the representation in its complete sense within a period of six weeks from today.
