The petitioners have put forth prayer clause "B", which reads as under :- "B. To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 may kindly be directed to pass award by complying the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the land acquired for village Tank No.04, Sawargaon, Tal.Patoda and dist. Beed." 2.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the award would be passed within 6 months.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are satisfied and further prays that the amount be paid within two months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- [a] The award shall be delivered on or before 15.11.2022. [b] The payment of compensation to the petitioners shall be made on or before 15.03.2023.
