This petition is filed for the limited purpose of direction to the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to expeditiously decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe. 2.

It is submitted that the petitioner is presently being denied the benefit of permanency and other service benefits due to absence of validity certificate.

Considering the fact that presently the enquiry is at the stage of preparation of vigilance report, the respondent- Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
