We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader. The main issue is pending with the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The original application is still pending. By way of interim order it was directed that, the petitioner be allowed to participate in the oral interview subject to the further decision of this Court and the same would be subject to the decision of Tribunal in the original application. As the original application is still pending, it would be appropriate to decide the same by the Tribunal. As such, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
