We have heard Mr. J. N. Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dande, the learned counsel for respondent No. 2 to 5. It is submitted that, after filing of present petition, the petitioner has applied with the respondents for grant of free extension and the said application is under consideration. It is submitted by the petitioner that, the said application is filed pursuant to the circular dated 12th August, 2015. The same appears to be under consideration, wherein some documents are called from the petitioner by respondents. According to petitioner the documents with regard to service tax and excise

2 wp 8976.15 bills would not be necessary as the petitioner is not required to pay service tax. The petitioner may submit the same before the authorities concerned, which the authorities would consider. 2.

As the application filed by the petitioner for free extension is pending consideration with the respondent authorities, the respondent authorities shall take decision upon the same in accordance with law expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
