Heard Shri Kadethankar, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits that the applicant Insurance Company is ready to deposit the complete decretal amount within eight weeks from today and in view of the said undertaking, he prays for grant of stay. He further states that the order granting stay of condition of depositing the amount in this Court will not adversely affect any interest of the respondent-claimants and therefore, even without issuing notices to the respondents, this application can be disposed off. I find substance in the submission of Shri Kadethankar, learned counsel for the applicant.
