We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Affidavit is filed by the respondents to the effect that the petitioner/APMC has submitted provisional voters list on 21.10.2021 The elections funds are also deposited by the APMC and the election programme is also declared.

In view of that, now the apprehension of the petitioner would not subsist.
