The Petitioner is seeking directions to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 - Zilla Parishad to consider his Representation / Application dated 19.12.2019 for appointment on compassionate ground due to death of his father, who was working on the establishment of the Zilla Parishad. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the said Representation / Application of the Petitioner would be considered in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks. 3.

In view of the above submission by the learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 and 3, the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall consider and decide the above referred Representation / Application of the Petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In view of this direction, the Petition stands disposed off.
