Learned A.G.P. submits that the order is complied with. He draws our attention to order dated 27th February, 2025 passed in this matter in that regard. He submits that the possession was already handed over to the secured creditor, and therefore, the contempt petition needs to be disposed of. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the possession was handed over, the borrower has taken back the possession by breaking open the locks.

Since the compliance of the order is already made, the contempt petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps for securing the possession.
