The petitioner's proposal for validation of tribe claim is pending with the respondent No. 2-scrutiny committee since 20.01.2022. Considering the on going admission process to the engineering course he has now become anxious. It is pointed out that the admission process would get over by 31.07.2023.

Considering the short time left for everybody, the petitioner as well as the scrutiny committee, we only request the scrutiny committee to endeavour to decide proposal before 31.07.2023. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
