These appeals are placed before today's Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

Dr. Priyanka Patil, Deputy Collector, Beed is present. Learned counsel for respective parties are present.

In all these appeals, the parties have filed on record compromise pursis. In view of the compromise, it is decided that the respondents will withdraw the x-objections. The acquiring body has decided to withdraw the appeals. The claimants i.e. X-objectors have waived the interest as contemplated under the Land Acquisition Act. In view of the same, the first appeals stand withdrawn. X-objections also stand withdrawn. So far as interest is concerned, in view of the compromise the claimants have agreed to waive the future interest under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act.

The compromise pursis is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. Both the parties have agreed to settle the matters as per the compromise. The original claimants are present and identified by their respective learned counsel. The decree be drawn in terms of the same.

The amount is already deposited in this Court, out of which 50% amount has been withdrawn. The claimants are entitled to withdraw the remaining 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon after passing the award.

The first appeals and X-objections stand disposed off. The award be prepared in terms of this order.

Civil applications are also disposed off.
