The application is filed for setting aside the order of dismissal of the proceeding made by the learned Registrar Judicial. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, the application is allowed. The order made by the learned Registrar Judicial is hereby set aside and the matter is restored to its original number. The office objections are to be removed and steps are to be taken prior to 16.9.2015. If objections are not removed and steps are not taken prior to next date, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
