The petitioner is a wife of an Army man. On account of a development project, the company which has undertaken the project, has dropped stones and Murum in the canal from where the rain water is drained. Consequently, the rain water got clogged and has entered the field of the petitioner thereby rendering it uncultivable on account of submergence. A representation dated 7.7.2022 is addressed to the District Collector, Nanded.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

We direct the District Collector, Nanded, to consider the grievance of the petitioner made vide representation dated 7.7.2022 and by following the due procedure laid down in law, by giving an opportunity of hearing to all stakeholders, initiate the remedial steps.
