Learned APP, after taking instructions from the respondents, submits that the proposal for premature release of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2 and it will be decided within a period of six weeks.

It is to be noted that the said proposal is pending since the year 2023. Under such circumstance, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal within a period of four weeks from today.
