Heard Ms. Kirti Deshpande h/f Mr. M. M. Bhokarikar, learned Advocate for the appellants/applicants. 2.

It is submitted that the respondent no.1 is is avoiding service of notice on him in the present matter. She would further submits that even in the Civil Application for condonation of delay also, the respondent no.1 could not be served by regular mode. Hence, recourse was taken to order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code to serve him through paper publication. Ms. Kirti Deshpande further submits that in view of the facts that the respondent no.1 is unserved/could not be served by regular mode of service, the applicants be

Mr. A. S. Usmanpurkar, learned Advocate for respondent no.2 expresses no objection for effecting service on respondent no.1 through paper publication.
