Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent - State. 2.

It is seen that after filing of the chargesheet, present applicant had applied for bail before

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 4266 of 2016 this Court by filing Criminal Application No. 1077 of 2016. However, that application was withdrawn on 4th March 2016.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the instant application is moved on medical ground and as there is nobody to maintain family of the present applicant. Nothing is filed on record to show that the applicant is suffering from such medical ailment for which there is no treatment in Government Hospital. The other reason is not relevant for grant of bail.

In that view of the matter, the Application is rejected.
