Heard. This application is for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No. 1 on record. 2.

Inspite of service on proposed legal representatives, none appears for them. The learned Advocate Mr. G.K. Chinchole h/f Mr. S. M. Vibhute informs that though Mr. Chinchole was instructed to appear on behalf of respondent No. 1 and file Vakalatnama, however, subsequently the legal representatives of respondent No. 1 have taken back the papers and as on today has no power to appear on behalf of them.

From the endorsement it is seen that the proposed legal representatives are already served, still no one has appeared. While filing this application there is also delay of 556 days. Considering the reasons for the delay, the delay stands condoned and application is allowed and disposed off. 4.

The appellant to correct/amend the title clause by showing respondent No. 1A to 1E as legal representatives of respondent No. 1.
