The applicant herein is booked in Crime No. 197 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4,25 of the Indian Arms Act.

Perused the accusation in the F.I.R. Present applicant is alleged to have used sword in the matter of commission of crime in question resulting into registration of offence., 3.
The applicant is serving in College and corresponding
4282.15crapln -2injury received by the complainant appears to be simple in nature. In view thereof, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order release of the applicant on bail. Hence, I pass the following order. 4.
In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) with one surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 197 of 2015 registered at Shivajinagar Police Station, District Beed for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4, 25 of the Indian Arms Act. He shall keep himself away from his village. He shall attend the concerned police station initially for three days between 10-00 a.m. to 11-00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
