Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings in Hindu Marriage Petition No.2 of 2016 have been transferred from the Court of the Civil Judge S.D. Gadchiroli to the Court of Civil Judge S.D. Kinwat. The said Court is not established at Kinwat and is at Nanded. 3.

As such, paragraph No.5 stands corrected accordingly, and HMP No.2 of 2016 would stand transferred to the Court of the Civil Judge S.D. at Nanded.

The motion is allowed.

Corrected copy be accordingly issued.
