The Petitioner's application for seeking a corrected caste certificate with regard to Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe has been rejected. The Petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an Appeal before the competent committee.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off, permitting the Petitioner to tender such an Appeal before the competent committee, on or before 04.10.2022.

The time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from 19.08.2022 till the passing of this order would be considered as a ground for condonation of delay. Similarly, all other grounds for condonation of delay would be considered by the committee.
