This petition is filed for the limited purpose of direction to the Respondent- Scrutiny Committee to expeditiously decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to Koli Mahadev- Scheduled Tribe. 2.

It is submitted that cousin brother and real brother of the petitioner have been already granted validity certificates by the Respondent-Scrutiny Committee. It is further submitted that the petitioner has to participate in MH-CET Counseling for M.Ed. Course and last date for submitting validity is 02.09.2025. 3.

The learned AGP submits that presently the proceeding is at the stage of vigilance cell enquiry.

Considering the urgency of the matter, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the

72wp10003-25 petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31.08.2025.

Writ petition is disposed of.
