During pendency of the main criminal application no.2487 of 2020 seeking quashing of the FIR, charge-sheet has been submitted. The applicant/accused thus fled this application for amendment.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application no.2060 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Criminal application no.2060 of 2021 is accordingly disposed off.
