A challenge in this petition is to an order rejecting the nomination of the petitioner to the post of Member from Ward No.1 of Village Panchayat Mhasavad, Taluka and Dist. Jalgaon. Further direction is sought to respondent No.2 to accept the nomination of the petitioner, to allot a symbol and to permit the petitioner to contest the election. 3.
