1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned Registrar [Judicial] of this Court has refused registration of contempt petition by order dated 30th June, 2022 on the ground that the office objections are not removed. The learned counsel further submits that as per the official website objections are raised in the month of August, 2022 whereas the registration is refused in the month of June, 2022, hence, requested to allow the application.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar [Judicial] dated 30th June, 2022 is quashed and set aside.

13290.22CA Delay is condoned for filing the present application. Applicant to remove office objections within two weeks. 3] Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 4] List the matter on 17th November, 2022.
