PER COURT :- A departmental enquiry in respect of the charges leveled against 13 officers of the Education Department has been proposed and an order has been issued in that behalf by the State Government on 14.1.2015. The learned Govt. Pleader appearing for State, on instructions informed that Regional Departmental Enquiry Officer, Aurangabad has been appointed to inquire into the matter and he has been directed to tender enquiry report after conducting an enquiry within a period of six months to the State Government.

Pleader is placed on record and marked 'A' for identification. In view of the directives issued by the State Government, in respect of conduct of enquiry, the grievance raised by the petitioner has been redressed.
