ORDER :- This is an application for withdrawal of accrued interest on fixed deposit amount in this court.

Applicants are original claimants. Therefore, permission is granted to withdraw the accrued interest on deposit amount subject to filing of undertaking to redeposit amount withdrawn, as and when directed by this Court. Undertaking be filed within four weeks in the First Appeal.
