PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner is making the grievances in respect of inclusion of ineligible beneficiaries in the list prepared by the Zilla Parishad for extending benefits under Indira Aawas Yojana 2011-2012.

2) The petitioner has pointed out certain instances in respect of multiple benefits secured by the individuals in the village under various Schemes. It has also been pointed that an inquiry in that regard has been initiated and names of such ineligible beneficiaries have been deleted. The petitioner states that there are many more such individuals, who are not eligible to secure benefits under the Scheme and the Zilla Parishad needs to look into the objections and take appropriate remedial measures. 3) Learned Counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad, on instructions, informs that if the petitioner points out (2) bdv
