The learned Counsel submits that the proposals filed by the petitioners for start of senior colleges in faculty of Master of Social Work are pending with respondent no. 3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 3.

The learned Counsel submits that respondents are placing reliance on Circular of the year 2004. The said circular was considered by Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No.2444/2017 under its order dated 07.11.2017 and directed to consider the proposal for MSW course as per the Jadhav Committee report and the perspective plan. The said order is confirmed by the Apex Court.
According to the learned Counsel the ban cannot apply.

Mr. Lakhotiya, the learned A.G.P. submits that no decision appears to have been taken on the proposals of the petitioners so far as MSW course is concerned.

We are considering the present petitions to the extent of MSW course.

The final decision does not appear to have been taken on the proposals of the petitioners. 7.
The respondents shall take final decision on the proposals of the petitioners for start of MSW
3 wp 1643&1757.2021 course in tune with the orders of the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition Nos.2444/2017 and 4422/2017 dated 07.11.2017 and Writ Petition No.2440/2018 dated 20.07.2018. The said orders are confirmed by the Apex Court. The said decision be taken preferably within a period of two months.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
