The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire enhanced amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. The frst appeal is already disposed of in view of the earlier connected matters, which were settled in the Lok-Adalat. As such, the applicant is permitted to withdraw entire deposited amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date. 3.
