Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent-State.

The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Majalgaon vide judgment and order dated 30/07/2015 passed in Sessions Case No.43 of 2012, for the offence punishable under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to
2 Cr. Appln. 4290/2015 suffer rigorous imprisonment for 2 years and to pay fine of Rs.2000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 months for the said offence, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail. 5.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that fine amount is already deposited.

Considering the short term sentences awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge to the present applicant and in the nature of allegations against the applicant, the substantive sentences awarded to the present applicant/appellant are hereby suspended.
7. The applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
