The petitioners have a statutory remedy of approaching the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nasik, who is now available.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to convert this petitioner into a Revision and file the same before the concerned authority.

If the petitioners lodge such a revision before the said authority on 13.8.2019, respondent No.2 agrees to suo moto appear before the said authority on 13.8.2019, at 11.00 am.
